Happy Sunday world,

     Ultra was this weekend and I am extremely jealous that I did not go, all of my friends went but I didn't because I did not buy tickets ahead of time. I am so sad and extremely jealous but I know that I will be going next year.

       Other than me just blogging about Ultra, let me get back on topic. Amanda and I have been filming a lot this week and we are almost done. We plan on filming the rest Tuesday, so far it is coming out great. We are still debating our tittle and background music but for now we are not putting our full attention on that. Down below I am going to show a couple pictures of our set location and props.

-The first pic shown is of the photo album that would be used for the film opening. Inside this photo album Amanda will be going through memories when she comes across a note that her mother wrote for her.

-The second picture that is shown is of the shelf that will be used when filing. This shelf will have the photo album on it and this scene would be when the photo album drops.

-The third picture shows the kitchen, this scene will be when Amanda is pacing back and forth throwing her tantrum as soon as she gets back from the funeral.

           I am so happy that spring break is here, Amanda and I have been having the best times of our life. I have been going out all night and tanning all day. But just because spring break is here does not mean we forgot about our project. Amanda and I have been working hard. Amanda and I created a storyboard a couple weeks ago, and made changes to it. So I am going to upload the storyboard we created early this week. This is our final storyboard and Amanda and I think that it's going to look amazing when filmed.

Amanda and I made an adjustment to our first scene from a funeral to finding a simpler way of showing some ones death.

Amanda and I have recently come across a change in our project today! We started filming our first scene in my backyard and we have come upon a problem, my backyard is to modern and does not fit the funeral scene. In my backyard there is way to much light coming in which doesn’t not make it seem like a funeral scene. Even though we are using WeVideo and it always you to lower the brightness we prefer using a scene that looks more realistic. Amanda and I have decided to make our first change and we will most likely be using Amanda's backyard for the funeral scene. I will keep you guys updated on when we try it out. I hope that Amanda's house will work for the first scene because if not we will have another issue. I will start updating you guys with more pictures of the work we are getting done. I will update you all soon on what is going on! Have an amazing day!

A Tittle

Hello everyone,

Spring break is finally here and as the days go by Amanda and I are moving fast with our project. Last blog post I talked about the kind of font that we would like to use. This post I will be talking about a potential title for our film opening.

In most super power movies the title of the movie is named after the main character. Some examples would be Lucy,The Hulk,X-man,Spider man,Thor, and etc… In these movies the titles are either the name of the main character or just their super power.

My idea for a title is to follow these guidelines and give our main character a name that pops out and use it as the title. I would definitely have to talk to Amanda about it but for now this is my idea on a movie title.

Font

Spring break starts on tomorrow and I am so excited to have a great break! Amanda and I have recently been discussing we really need to focus on the small details that make a film great. Amanda and I need to decide on what kind of font that will be used in our film opening. We need to find a font that is powerful and extremely bold. So I am going to show you guys some fonts that I have considered down below.

Superpowers - Ultra font

Superpowers- Orbitron

Superpowers- impact

Superpowers- Bree serif

Superpowers-Roboto Mono

I know that fonts are an extremely important part of the film opening, so Amanda and I will have to choose wisely. I like the Ultra font the best because it is bold and shows power. And that is what our film opening but Amanda and I will have to agree on one together.

The hulk title is bold and we need a font like that.

          I just got back from key west and had an amazing time. For today’s blog I don’t have that much content for you. Since Amanda and I have not made a decision about the template or how we will be showing the funeral in our film opening.

      Although I was thinking that we don’t need to be showing a funeral at all. Instead we could just show pictures of a dead women and hint that she is no longer alive. But I can’t make any decisions alone so as soon as I get an answer for all of you I will update you on this blog.
Amanda mentioned that she wanted to make a tombstone, so I am assuming she still wants to create a funeral scene. She doesn't know what I think about it yet, but I know we will come to an agreement and will choose the idea that will only benefit our film opening. 
Amanda and I are still scheduling when we will be filming over spring break, we want to use this time wisely. As well as using our break as much as we can. I will update soon, have an amazing day.

        

Creating a funeral scene

Hi guys!

       In my last blog posting I talked about how Amanda and I were not sure on how we would create a funeral scene. So I started to do some research on how to make a template for the loss of someone. Although Amanda and I have not agreed on what kind of scene we would create for the beginning. I decided to do some research anyways.

As I was looking up ideas with funeral decorations. A great tutorial came up on how to make template for someone whom you’ve lost. It gives you a good website to use and shows you step by step on how to use it. As I was watching the videos I started to think that the best way to start off our film opening would probably be by using this template to start it off.
